539.32 USE OF DESIGNATED ATHLETIC FIELDS AND FACILITIES BY PERMIT ONLY.

The Director of Recreation is authorized to issue use permits for certain designated athletic fields and facilities. Such fields and facilities controlled by use permits shall be posted as such at each field or facility.
