Horseback riders shall stay on the bridle paths provided for the same and are not permitted elsewhere in any park or other public lands.
No person shall ride a horse along any bridle trail without due respect for other riders, vehicles or pedestrians or endanger the life, limb or property of any person while in the lawful use of park grounds or other public lands.
All horseback riders shall yield the right of way to vehicles or pedestrians.
No horseback rider shall mistreat, override, cruelly beat, mutilate or torture any horse.
