539.17 OPERATION OF VEHICLES UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS.
   No person who is under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse shall operate any motor vehicle upon any roadway or drive located in any park grounds or public lands.
