539.16 RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVEL.

No person shall use any portion of any park grounds or other public lands for purposes of travel except drives, roadways, paths, walks and trails established for such purposes. No person shall operate a vehicle on paths established as bridle paths, foot paths or bicycle paths.
