539.05 HUNTING, FISHING AND MOLESTING WILDLIFE.
   No person within the confines of a park or public land shall hunt, pursue with dogs, trap or in any other way molest any wild bird or animal found within such lands, or rob or molest any bird nest or take the eggs of any bird.
   In the waters of all parks and public lands, fishing is permitted subject to the general laws of the State and the City.
   The use of bows and arrows for fishing is prohibited.
