539.03 PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY AND NATURAL FEATURES.

No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb or befoul any building, sign, equipment or other property located in or upon any park or public land, nor shall any tree, flower, shrub, rock or mineral be removed from such land or injured or destroyed.
