INDEPENDENT TRAILER COACH: A trailer coach that has a toilet and bath or shower.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE: A vehicular type unit primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use, which either has its own mode of power or is mounted on or towed by another vehicle. This definition includes, but is not limited to, a:

SERVICE BUILDING: A building housing separate toilet and bathing facilities for men and women and also having laundry facilities and slop sink.
TRAILER: A factory built or manufactured, single section, transportable residential structure more than thirty two (32) body feet in length and eight feet (8') or more in width, and built on one or more permanent chassis for towing to the point of use, and designed to be used without a permanent foundation as a dwelling unit when connected to sanitary facilities. The phrase "without permanent foundation" indicates that the support system is constructed with the intent that the structure placed thereon can be moved from time to time at the convenience of the owner.
A factory fabricated, multisection structure of new construction, and designed for human residential occupancy, which is not less than nine hundred sixty (960) square feet in area and is secured to a permanent foundation which complies with the Uniform Building Code, does not constitute a trailer; provided the structure is actually appraised, assessed, and classified by the State of Montana and County of Lewis and Clark as real property (and not personal property) for property tax purposes. As a condition for issuing a Municipal building permit, the applicant must have signed a property review form, or successor form, requesting the structure be appraised, assessed, and classified as real property.
TRAILER COACH: Any vehicle or structure used or so constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and duly licensable as such, constructed in such a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as a dwelling or sleeping place for one or more persons.
