16-1-13: MODIFICATION OF REQUIREMENTS:
Where special instances require, the city council may modify the requirements of sections 16-1-7, 16-1-8 and 16-1-9 of this chapter, provided the modification carries out the intent and purposes of these regulations. (Ord., 12-5-1961)
