§ 70.021 TRACTOR-TRAILERS.
   (A)   No person shall permit any trailer in any public way at any time, whether the tractor is disabled or not, without keeping the tractor attached or in proximity.
   (B)   Police officers shall have the power to remove the vehicles which obstruct traffic as provided in §§ 70.085, 70.086, 70.100 through 70.103 and 70.115 through 70.119 and § 70.999.
