§ 70.115 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The Judge of the City Court may establish a Cafeteria Court in the office of the City Clerk to assist the Court with the clerical work of traffic cases.
   (B)   The Cafeteria Court shall be in charge of persons as may be appointed therefor by the City Clerk and shall be open at hours as are agreed to between the City Judge and City Clerk.
