§ 38.003 NONREVERTING FUNDS.
   All of the funds created in §§ 38.075, 38.076, 38.078, 38.145, 38.190 and 38.193 shall be nonreverting funds, and shall be administered by the City Controller all pursuant to the laws of the state.
