§ 38.076 DATA PROCESSING REVOLVING FUND.
   To ensure the maximum utilization of the Data Processing Department and its equipment at the least possible cost to the city there is created the Data Processing Revolving Fund for the receipt and disbursement of all funds related to data processing.
