§ 38.078 PARK AND RECREATION REVOLVING FUND.
   To ensure the maximum utilization of the park and recreation facilities at the least possible cost to city there is created the Park and Recreation Revolving Fund for the receipt and disbursement of all funds in connection with Park and Recreation Department activities.
