§ 155.090 APPLICATION.

   (A)   An applicant for primary subdivision approval shall submit an application for approval of a preliminary plat to the Commission on a form provided by the Commission and submitted at least ten days prior to the Commission meeting at which it is to be considered.

   (B)   (1)   The application shall be accompanied by the following:

         (a)   Three copies of all maps and data as required in § 155.121; and

         (b)   A check or money order in the amount set forth in § 155.168.

      (2)   In addition, the applicant shall deliver one copy of the application form and all maps and data as required in § 155.121 to the following:

         (a)   City Engineer;

         (b)   Sanitary District;

         (c)   Department of Parks and Recreation;

         (d)   Building Department;

         (e)   Department of Redevelopment; and

         (f)   Fire Department.

      (3)   An erosion control plan as required by the Soil Conservation Service.
