(A) An applicant for primary plat approval shall pay the fee specified in the Uniform Schedule of Fees, established by the Commission, to defray the cost of checking and verifying an applicant’s preliminary plat.
(B) The fee schedule is proportionate to the actual cost of checking and verifying proposed plats.
(C) Payment shall be made by check or money order and shall accompany the application for primary plat approval.
