(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99
(B) Any person convicted of a violation of § 150.16 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person or entity in violation of the provisions of § 150.17 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $150 for each violation of § 150.17(A) and not less than $100 per day nor more than $150 per day for violation of § 150.17(B). Any person or entity in violation of the provisions of § 150.17 shall also be subject to appropriate court orders enjoining the prohibited activities and reasonable court costs and attorney's fees incurred by the city in enforcing § 150.17.
