§ 150.17 CERTAIN ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND THE WATERSHED OF LOCH MARY LAKE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to construct or maintain any boat dock, pier, or structure of any kind so as to extend into or over the water of Loch Mary Lake. This shall exclude any and all boat docks, piers, or other structures constructed or maintained by the city and any boat docks, piers, or other structures that are in place prior to passage of this section.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to use chemicals of any kind upon lawns or in any area of the watershed of Loch Mary Lake, unless those chemicals are watershed approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
   (C)   This section shall take effect after its passage and upon publication.
