(A) The numbering system is established and shall be maintained for all houses and commercial properties located inside the incorporated areas of the city.
(B) Any homeowner or property owner shall place a number at least three inches tall above or beside the front door of the dwelling house or commercial building. For any residence or commercial property having a roadside mailbox, numbers at least one inch tall shall be placed on each side of the mailbox in addition to the numbers on the house or building. This section shall apply only to the incorporated areas and these numbers shall be affixed on or before 10-11-2004.
(C) This section shall take effect after its passage and upon publication.
