§ 74.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 74.04, 74.06, 74.07, 74.10, or 74.11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500.

   (C)   Whoever violates the weight regulations set forth in § 74.05 shall be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.990(2)(a).

   (D)   Whoever violates the speed limit provisions of § 74.09 shall be subject to the same fine as set forth in the fine schedule of KRS 189.394.

   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 74.13 or 74.17 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100.
