§ 74.10 BRAKES; BRAKE LIGHTS.
   (A)   No person shall operate any semi-trailer, semi-trailer combination, truck trailer combination, or truck semi-trailer combination on any street in the city unless it is equipped with efficient brakes that may be operated by the operator of the truck or tractor to which the semi-trailer or semi-trailer trailer is attached.

   (B)   No person shall operate upon any street or public way of the city any motor truck or truck tractor unless it shall be equipped with a yellow or red light which shall automatically indicate the application of brakes and be visible from the rear, at a distance of not less than 200 feet.
