§ 74.03 TRUCKS NOT TO HAUL TRAILERS.
   No motor truck shall, at any time, haul or have attached thereto a trailer upon any part of the streets and public ways of the city, and by the word TRAILER is meant "another vehicle connected to the truck in such manner as to keep them uniformly spaced." This section shall not apply to the operation of semi-trailers as defined in § 74.01, and provided that a disabled vehicle being towed shall not be deemed to be a trailer.
