Whoever violates any provision of this Traffic Code for which another penalty is not provided shall, for a first conviction thereof, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days; for a second such conviction within one year thereafter such person shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than twenty days, or both; and upon a third or subsequent conviction such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
