151.01 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.

(a) All full-time employees paid by the City shall, upon being employed by the City, become residents of the City.

(b) All employees of the City shall remain residents of the City during the entire length of their employment.

(c) The changing of an employee’s residency from within the City limits to any other place shall be grounds for dismissal of that employee.

(d) It is the intent of this section that all employees of the City shall remain residents of the City while they are employed by the City.
