A separate fund shall be established from twenty-five percent (25%) of all of the collected parking revenues from the City operated parking lots and meters. This fund shall be entitled the “Parking Maintenance and Beautification Fund” and the proceeds shall be used for the maintenance of the City’s parking facilities. The City Council shall authorize the use of these funds and may, from time to time, add additional amounts to this fund to be used for maintenance and beautification projects.
