§ 112.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 112.01 or 112.02 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than $100. Each day upon which the violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 112.15 through 112.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense for each machine or device involved in the offense.
