(A) Each proprietor of a billiard or pool table or of a bowling alley, or a combination of both, shall pay an annual license fee, as set forth from time to time by ordinance.
(B) No person shall operate any such table or alley between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m.
(C) No person shall permit betting or gambling in connection with the use of such table or alley.
