(A) All mechanical or electrically operated amusement devices shall display a sticker which categorizes the content of each game. Each device shall display at least one of the following nine warning stickers:
(1) Suitable for all ages;
(2) Animated violence - mild;
(3) Animated violence - strong;
(4) Life-like violence - mild;
(5) Life-like violence - strong;
(6) Sexual content - mild;
(7) Sexual content - strong;
(8) Language - mild; and
(9) Language - strong.
(B) Unless otherwise amended by the City Manager pursuant to § 112.28, allocation of stickers to devices shall be determined by the guidelines provided by the American Amusement Machine Association.
