§ 94.12 SMOKING IN PROHIBITED AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall smoke in a public place, or place of employment, within the city, except as provided in § 94.13.
   (B)   No person shall smoke in any business or outdoor area that has been declared nonsmoking pursuant to § 94.15.
