§ 32.32 MEMBERSHIP.
   The City Records Commission shall be composed of the City Manager or his appointed representative, as chairperson, the Director of Finance or his representative, the Director of Law or his representative, and a citizen appointed by Council to serve a term of three years. The Commission shall appoint a secretary who may or may not be a member of the Commission and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The Commission may also employ an archivist to serve under its direction. The Commission shall meet at lease once every six months, and upon call of the chairperson.
