The Mayor is hereby empowered to appoint to the Dublin Estate Benefits and Gifts Commission, as heretofore established, three such individuals, residents of the municipality, as he shall deem qualified, to serve on such Commission, subject to approval of Council, and to make the determinations as required in this chapter. Such Commission shall be composed of three members who shall be appointed for three year terms. One of the three members shall be from the Dublin Historical Society, one from the Dublin Parks and Recreation Committee and one member shall be a member of Council.
