There is hereby created the Dublin Estate Benefits and Gifts Commission to be composed of three members, as hereafter provided, whose function it shall be to:
(A) Develop and provide information for distribution to potential donors and benefactors regarding gifts and bequests to the municipality;
(B) Solicit donations for Municipal purposes;
(C) Prepare and submit to Council an annual report of the Commission's activities; and
(D) Seek Council approval of funds to complete Commission tasks.
