§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be deemed to have committed a violation and shall be fined in an amount not less than $20 nor more than $100.

   (B)   Any person violating §§ 72.35 - 72.37 or issued a citation for a parking violation shall be fined in an amount of not less than $20.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense.
