17-9-010: PETITION FOR AMENDMENT:
A.   Property Owner: Any fee owner of property lying within a recorded subdivision plat may petition the City requesting to vacate, alter or amend some or all of the subdivision plat. The petition shall include:
1.   The name and address of all owners of record of the land contained in the entire plat or on that portion of the plat described in the petition;
2.   The signature of each of the owners identified in subsection A1 of this section who consent to the petition; and
3.   The fee as set forth in the Draper City consolidated fee schedule.
B.   City: The City on its own initiative may consider the vacation, alteration or amendment of a subdivision plat. The procedure for such consideration shall be as set out in this chapter.
C.   Technical Changes: An amendment to a recorded plat shall not be required for technical changes, such as modifications to grading or utilities, which do not affect easements, right-of-way widths, lot lines, notes, or other designations shown on the subdivision plat. These changes shall be approved through the corresponding approval process, such as land disturbance permit. (Ord. 1075, 11-19-2013; amd. Ord. 1408, 10-15-2019; Ord. 1601, 1-16-2024)
