17-2-040: REVIEW BY CITY STAFF:
A.   The city staff shall review the submitted concept plans and check compliance, insofar as possible, with the city's general plans, zoning ordinance, this subdivision ordinance, and other appropriate regulations.
B.   A pre-application meeting before the Development Review Committee shall be scheduled within 15 business days of submittal of the request by the potential subdivider. Recommendations and comments made by city staff and invited agencies regarding the concept plans shall not constitute an approval or disapproval of the proposed subdivision, but rather shall operate in such a manner as to give the potential subdivider general guidance as to the requirements and constraints when preparing a preliminary, amended, or minor subdivision plat application for submittal to the city.
