A potential subdivider may provide to the community development department as the Development Review Committee concept plans as part of a pre-application process prior to submitting a preliminary plat application. This pre-application process is not required, but provides the potential subdivider with an opportunity to consult with and receive assistance from city staff and other agencies regarding the regulations and design requirements applicable to the subdivision of property.
