16-2-210: APPEALS:
Any person or entity that believes that any provision of this chapter was interpreted or applied erroneously may appeal to the public works director. The appeal shall be in writing, state any facts supporting the appeal, and be made within ten (10) working days of the decision or action being appealed. The director may elect to hold a hearing on the appeal. The director shall decide the appeal within ten (10) working days of when the appeal is filed. If the person or entity is not satisfied with the director's decision, a further appeal may be made to the city manager. The appeal to the city manager shall follow the same procedure as the appeal to the director. The city manager's decision shall be final and binding on all parties. (Ord. 1233, 11-15-2016)
