16-2-090: SERVICE CHARGE IMPOSED:
All persons responsible for a parcel within the city storm drain system who otherwise use or benefit from the stormwater utility shall be responsible for paying the stormwater utility fees as set forth in the consolidated fee schedule. (Ord. 1043A, 4-2-2013; amd. Ord. 1575, 1-10-2023)
