16-1-190: NOTICE OF DISCONTINUANCE:
If a service charge remains unpaid for two (2) complete billing periods, the City shall notify in writing the occupant of the premises and the owner thereof that water service will be discontinued if payment is not received within seven (7) days after notice is sent. (1994 Code)
