15-3-020: OUTDOOR SMOKING PROHIBITED:
Smoking is hereby prohibited in all City parks, transit stations, within twenty five feet (25') of bus stops, and within fifty feet (50') of mass gatherings, except in designated smoking areas. (Ord. 1281, 10-3-2017)
