A. Rent Permitted: Draper Historic Park, located at 12625 South 900 East, may be rented for the use of outdoor events, such as weddings, reunions, and other events at the fee established in the consolidated fee schedule.
B. Tents; Staking Prohibited; Deposit: If tents are to be used for an event they are required to be anchored by water, cement or sand barrels. No staking will be allowed. If the City determines that staking has been used, the deposit will not be refunded. If the City determines that stakes have resulted in damage to the grounds, the renter will be required to pay the actual cost of repairs. The deposit will be held by the City for two (2) weeks following the scheduled event.
C. End Time: All events must be concluded by ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
D. Exception For City Events: Events sponsored by Draper City are exempt from this section. (Ord. 886, 7-7-2009)
