15-1-100: EQUESTRIAN CENTER:
Use of the equestrian center will be regulated by the Recreation Division of the Department of Public Works. It is the intent of the City to rent the facility, to the extent possible, as a revenue source to maintain and improve the facility. Reservation fees shall be as established in the consolidated fee schedule. (Ord. 886, 7-7-2009)
