All explosive and corrosive carriers and flammable liquid carriers capable of carrying in excess of three thousand (3,000) gallons or licensed for a gross weight in excess of nine thousand (9,000) pounds are responsible to obey all requirements set forth in the applicable fire code as adopted as part of this code.
