A. Generally: It is unlawful for any person to assist, aid, abet or encourage any minor to violate the provisions of section 13-2-010 of this chapter.
B. Parent Or Guardian: It is unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person having legal care of any minor, to allow or permit such minor to be in any public place or public street, sidewalk, or alley within Draper City in violation of section 13-2-010 of this chapter.
C. Owner Or Operator Of Business: It is unlawful for any person owning or operating a business to permit any minor to be or remain on the premises where such business is conducted in violation of section 13-2-010 of this chapter. (Ord. 870, 11-25-2008)
