A. Single lot residential projects or applications that are not installing new or modifying existing utilities are exempt from the GIS submittal requirements of this chapter.
B. Construction projects limited to single service laterals are exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
C. Developers of public improvement projects with a cost as estimated by the public works department of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) or less may, prior to construction, petition the public works department for an exemption from the requirements of this chapter.
