A. Underground Utilities: Developers of construction projects extending into a public right of way, where underground utilities can be identified, shall submit GIS data on the utilities in the format described in section 11-7-040 of this chapter. The utilities include, but are not limited to, gas lines, phone lines, water lines, secondary water lines, sewer lines, cable TV lines, fiber optic cables, power lines, storm drains, irrigation items, and ditches.
B. Time Limit For Submittal: The GIS data shall be submitted within fourteen (14) days of completion of the project.
C. Bond Release: The city shall release bonds associated with a construction project only upon the GIS data being satisfactorily submitted. (Ord. 792, 10-2-2007)
