A. Use Or Occupation: Any person, firm or corporation using or occupying any building or structure prior to obtaining a certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation occurs or continues.
B. Permitting Use Or Occupation: Any person, firm or corporation permitting any person to use or occupy a building or structure prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, or temporary certificate of occupancy, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation occurs or continues.
