10-5-060: POSTING OF CERTIFICATE:
The building official shall issue the certificate of occupancy, notice of disapproval, or temporary certificate of occupancy to the owner or applicant through appropriate means, including hand deliver, mailing or posting. (Ord. 168, 3-7-1995)
