10-3-100: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
The city may, in writing, suspend or revoke a permit when the permit is issued in error, or on the basis of incorrect information supplied, or in violation of the provisions of the construction codes or other pertinent law. (Ord. 168, 3-7-1995)
