10-3-040: APPROVED PLANS:
Upon issuing a permit, the building official or the Community Development Director shall endorse in writing or stamp any plans and specifications filed therewith as "APPROVED". Such approved plans and specifications shall not be changed, modified or altered without authorization from the building official and the Community Development Director. (Ord. 168, 3-7-1995)
