9-2-040: CAPITAL FACILITIES PLAN:
In the event capital facilities are unavailable to serve a proposed development project subject to the requirements of this title, the capital facilities plan adopted pursuant to title 5, chapter 5 of this code shall be used as a guide to determine when needed capital facilities may be available. (Ord. 394, 8-7-2001)
